3000 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms governing use of the 3000 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026. Applies to all users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 3000 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 3000's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 3000 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The 3000 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration by individuals below this age limit is prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be closed immediately.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
To access the full range of 3000 services, you are required to register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by a third party who gained access through your own negligence.
Account Security Requirements
- Use a strong and unique password for your 3000 account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available for added security.
- Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the 3000 platform are required to comply with all applicable usage rules. The platform is intended for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for commercial purposes, fraud, or any unlawful activity.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 3000 platform:
- Fraud and manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the system, exploit software bugs, or use unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage.
- Collusion: Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
- Money laundering: Using the platform as a channel to transfer or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
- Promotion abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multiple accounts or other fraudulent means.
- Any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, freezing of funds, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payment Information & Transaction Policy (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 3000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods, including local bank transfers through FPX and selected e-wallets.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and up to date. 3000 is not liable for any transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information or issues arising from third-party payment processors.
- Funds must originate from a bank account registered in the user's own name.
- The minimum deposit amount is as stated in your account section.
- Verified deposits will be credited within the timeframe stated during processing.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account used for the deposit.
- Identity verification may be required before large withdrawals are approved.
- 3000 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals for security verification purposes.
Account Policy, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
3000 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from law enforcement authorities, or actions deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In the event of a legitimate account closure due to a breach, any remaining funds in the account will be assessed in accordance with the applicable terms.
Limitation of Liability
The 3000 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding continuous availability, data accuracy, or compatibility with all devices. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 3000 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the 3000 platform are the exclusive property of 3000 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 3000 is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of those third-party sites. 3000 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via the platform or their registered email. Malaysian law governs the interpretation and enforcement of these terms.
